For Media Inquiries

If desired statistics are not available on our Most Requested Statistics page, please contact DHHR's Office of Communications at (304) 558-7899 or DHHRCommunications@wv.gov.

For Statistical Request

If desired Vital or Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) statistics are not available on our Most Requested Statistics page, please complete the Statistics Request Form​.​

For Researchers

Restricted use data files may be provided to researchers who enter a data use agreement.  Because the data contain confidential information, we have an obligation to prevent accidental or willful disclosure of information that may be used to identify a person.  The data use agreement helps ensure the data are used for research and statistical purposes to protect against the disclosure of confidential information.  Researchers should email dhhrvitaldata@wv.gov for more information.
