The Wood County WIC office is located on the second floor of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department at 211 6th Street in Parkersburg, WV. The building is located just across the street from the parking garage, which offers convenient parking . The parking garage has a elevator in order to accommodate specials needs like a handicap, stroller or wheelchair. The parking price is $1.00 an hour.
