Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department WIC

Services:
The Wood County WIC office is located on the second floor of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department at 211 6th Street in Parkersburg, WV. The building is located just across the street from the parking garage, which offers convenient parking . The parking garage has a elevator in order to accommodate specials needs like a handicap, stroller or wheelchair. The parking price is $1.00 an hour.
 
 
Wood County also has a satellite clinic in Vienna, WV at the Jackson Park Community building every Tuesday from 9-3. Please call Wood County office at 304-428-3688.
 
 
WIC is more than just a supplemental food program. We also provide nutrition education, health screenings, breastfeeding support and medical referrals, as well as vouchers for healthy, nutritious foods for pregnant women, infants and children up to the age of 5.
