2015-2016 flu season. As students across West Virginia will be
heading into the fall holiday season in November, West Virginia’s top health
and education leaders are joining forces to encourage parents to have their
children vaccinated against the flu and to share flu prevention tips that will
help stop the spread of the virus.
A student from Piedmont
Elementary is set to receive a flu vaccination (on-camera) during the event.
The joint press event is
scheduled for Monday, October 26 at 9:30 a.m. at Piedmont Elementary, 203
Bradford Street in Charleston, West Virginia.
