Opportunities for Youth


The WV Collegiate Initiative to Address High Risk Substance Use is a collaboration with West Virginia universities and colleges, local and state policy makers, decision makers and stakeholders, state agencies, and community outreach campaigns to address high risk substance use impacting the lives of West Virginia college students. 

Youth Move is a youth-driven, chapter-based organization dedicated to improving services and systems that support positive growth and development by uniting the voices of individuals who have lived experience in various systems including mental health, juvenile justice, education, and child welfare.

West Virginia Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) provides students with the best prevention and intervention tools possible to deal with the issues of underage drinking, other substance use/misuse, and other destructive decisions. ​
