The West Virginia Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (WVCDHH) has done a great job to help spread the news and explain the specifics to the deaf and hard-of-hearing populations within the state during Winter Storm Jonas.
WVCDHH took it upon themselves to translated both a Public Health Advisory re: Winter Risks and Storm Conditions and the press release issued that decalared a State of Preparedness during the January winter storm that covered the entire state with snow and made many of its roads impassable.
