According to the National Weather Service of Pittsburgh, PA, a red flag warning is in effect until 8 p.m. this evening for Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marhall counties.
This means that there's an elevated risk for brush fires and any fires may spread if not contained due to gusty wind, low humidity, and low fuel moistures.
