LIHEAP State Plan FY2023
Please review for public comment the proposed West Virginia Low Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) State Plan, which will cover Fiscal Year 2023. At this time, we are submitting a revision to our 2022 LIHEAP State Plan. There are only a few minor changes. West Virginia's income guidelines are based on 60% of the State Median Income (SMI). Please see the link below and provide any feedback by September 16, 2022, to dhhrbcfbenefitver@wv.gov
