Common Chapters 200 Confidentiality explains basic confidentiality. Programs with greater privacy protections have explanations within their websites. If there is an increased privacy protection it is used. Each bureau or office implementing a program has a Privacy Officer/Privacy Contact who can address concerns about privacy.
