• Help Me Grow is a FREE service for families and service providers that can simplify the referral process for you, your staff and the families.
• As a professional, you can call Help Me Grow directly. We’ll help you locate the appropriate non-medical services that meet the individualized needs of your clients from birth through age five and their families.
• You can refer a family to Help Me Grow. They’ll speak directly with a Care Coordinator who has access to the most current resources in West Virginia.
• When Help Me Grow refers families to non-medical services, a follow-up letter detailing the referrals is sent to your office for the child’s medical records.
