The Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) is posting this new section regarding the Statewide Transition Plan as a result of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Integrated Settings Rule for a 30-day public comment period. This section will be inserted into the following manuals:
- Chapter 501, Aged and Disabled Waiver (ADW);
- Chapter 502, Children with Serious Emotional Disorders Waiver (CSEDW);
- Chapter 513, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Waiver (IDDW); and
- Chapter 512 Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver (TBIW).
