In compliance with House Bill 302, effective September 13, 2022, the West Virginia Bureau for Medical Services (Medicaid) will only reimburse providers for pregnancy terminations consistent with W.Va. Code §9-2-11 as signed into law by Governor Jim Justice. Policy Manual 519.19, Women's Health Services will be updated to reflect this change.
