​Providers who receive an Electronic Health Record (EHR) incentive payment for either the Medicare or Medicaid EHR Incentive Program may potentially be subject to an audit. The Bureau for Medical Services is currently conducting audits on selected providers who are utilizing the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system through West Virginia Medicaid.
