The Pre-Employment Project provides dental and vision services for eligible adults who are receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits from the Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR). Throughout West Virginia, there is a vast network of dental and vision providers that participate in the Pre-Employment Project.
Dental Services include, but are not limited to:
- Routine exams

All Pre-Employment Project services are provided to support the transition of eligible adults from welfare to work. Eligible adults can receive a lifetime maximum benefit through this project for dental services (currently $3,300).
