Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Gary D. Krushansky serves as Strategic Planner for the West Virginia National Guard, Liaison to the ODCP and Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Coordinator for the state of West Virginia and the ODCP.Gary has served 27 years active military duty for the West Virginia National Guard. Prior to joining DHHR, Gary served in key positions as Battalion Commander for Critical Infrastructure Protection West Virginia Joint Integration Training and Education Center, Administrative Officer for the 1092nd Engineer Battalion, and three years as Strategic Planner where he served as the steering committee member in drafting the 2014-17 West Virginia Army National Guard strategic plan.Gary holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Charleston. His accomplishments include a Special Forces Tab and leadership and military awards.
