The West Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services, Investigative Division, conducts investigations in conjunction with licensed  agencies or law Enforcement personnel as well as separate and distinct investigations.  The investigations may involve any and all matters within EMS jurisdiction in accordance with established investigative protocols.
