Dora Radford has served as the Executive Assistant to the Director since April 2018. Dora’s career began in the mental health sector, followed by a role as a Senior Paralegal, where she gained extensive experience in government relations and diverse litigation cases. In her current role, Dora is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Director’s office, streamlining communication, maintaining organization, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. A key liaison, Dora is adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail, making her an invaluable asset to the leadership team.
Dora holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Community Health, which reflects her lifelong commitment to understanding and serving the needs of the community. Her passion for service, combined with her comprehensive skill set, make her a driving force in supporting the organization’s mission and goals.
