Jessica Smith is the Prevention Program Manager with the ODCP. She focuses on the coordination and implementation of prevention and stigma reduction work across the state.
Jessica was previously employed as a field employee for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Foundation contracted to the DHHR’s Bureau for Public Health to implement prevention work in West Virginia’s emergency departments.
Jessica also spent several years as the Communication Director for the Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians. She holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Marshall University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration.
