The WV SORH provides health care facilities within the state the ability to post their current employment opportunities online - at no cost - through the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3R​NET).

Job Postings on 3RNET are visible to a national audience and are also visible within the websites of our Partner Organizations; WV Rural Health Association and the WV Hospital Association's "Hospital Smart" website.
