How to Activate My S-EBT Card

If your child is eligible for S-EBT benefits you will be sent a new S-EBT card in the mail.

The card will arrive in a white window envelop with a Sioux Falls, SD return address and will be addressed to the eligible child.

First, you will be sent an approval letter from DoHS that provides the case number. Do not throw away.
