​The West Virginia Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is a central resource and support for deaf and hard of hearing children, young adults, and their families. 

WVCDHH collaborates with parents, professionals, and statewide programs and agencies to advocate for the removal of barriers and ensure full and equal opportunities for D/HH children and young adults in West Virginia.
