WV Clinical Laboratory Licensure Rule

The WV Legislature has introduced two bills regarding the WV Clinical Laboratory Practitioner's License rule in state code.  They are Senate Bill 293 (https://www.wvlegislature.gov/Bill_Status/bills_History.cfm?input=293&year=2022&sessiontype=rs) and House Bill 4132 (https://www.wvlegislature.gov/Bill_Status/bills_History.cfm?input=4132&year=2022&sessiontype=rs).
