Craig Boisvert, D.O.
Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean, School of Osteopathic Medicine
Craig S. Boisvert has been employed for the last 30 years by the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, where he is presently Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean, as well as Professor of Family Medicine in the Department of Clinical Sciences. Prior to becoming Dean, he served as a health care provider in the Department of Family Practice, Section Chair for Family Practice, Chair of the Clinical Sciences Department, and Associate Dean of Predoctoral Clinical Education.
Dr. Boisvert is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his rotating internship and Family Medicine Residency at the Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital in Lancaster, PA. He is board certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. In addition, Dr. Boisvert has completed a Health Policy Fellowship with the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and New York Institute of Technology.
