School Clothing Allowance

​School clothing allowance benefits will be available​ on Mountain State ​EBT Cards starting July 1, 2023.


Individuals may apply online at www.wvpath.wv.gov​ or request an application be mailed to them by contacting their local DHHR office or by calling 1-877-716-1212.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Before using your Mountain State EBT Card to purchase clothing for your child, be sure to ask the store if they accept the use of EBT cards for cash purchase.  Not all stores do.  ​

**The school clothing allowance benefits are NOT issued to a Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) card.
