WV P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer)

The Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) Program provides financial benefits to West Virginia students who currently receive free or reduced-price school meals.

P-EBT Benefit will be delivered on two separate dates.  Those who currently receive SNAP, Medicaid or WV WORKS for a school-age child on your case should receive P-EBT benefits, deposited directly onto your Mountain State EBT Card, on or before the middle of June. If your school-age child does not receive SNAP, Medicaid or WV WORKS, you should receive your P-EBT benefits by mail on or before the end of June.

The amount of P-EBT benefits depends upon the number of eligible, school-age children. The totals for each month are $68.40 per child for March, $125.40 per child for April, and $119.70 per child for May.

If you have not received your P-EBT benefit by June 30, 2020, please visit www.emergencymealsurvey.com/wv to submit a claim.

P-EBT benefits may be used at any store accepting SNAP benefits, at participating farmer markets and online at Amazon.com and Walmart.
