The West Virginia Department of Human Services, Bureau for Social Services, is now soliciting applications for the Plans of Safe Care.
The goal of the Youth Engagement and National Youth in Transition Program will
develop and administer a program to engage current and former foster youth and to
collect data from current and former foster youth about their experience and
outcomes throughout the state.
Applications must be received by the Bureau by 4:00pm on September 1, 2023. Applications received after that date will be removed from consideration.

The announcement provides a detailed description of the services the Department wishes to make available to qualified customers in the specified counties. The grant award will be for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. The Agreement(s) resulting from this award will be performance based.
