​The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services (DHHR) Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) programs Behavioral Health-Licensed Behavioral Health Centers (LBHCs) are medical or remedial services recommended by a physician or licensed psychologist for the purpose of reducing physical or mental disability and restoration of a member to his/her best functional level.
