5/31/2017

As of July 1, 2017, pharmacy benefits for West Virginia Medicaid members enrolled in a Managed Care Organization will be transitioned back to the traditional Medicaid fee-for-service program.  The Preferred Drug List will remain in effect.  For prior authorizations (after June 30, 2017) prescribers should contact the Rational Drug Therapy Program at 800-847-3859 or by fax at 800-531-7787.  For technical help, pharmacy providers may call the Molina Pharmacy Help Desk at 888-483-0801.
