As of July 1, 2025, West Virginia Medicaid and the West Virginia Children's Health Insurance Program (WVCHIP) have updated their managed care organization (MCO) enrollment processes to an automatic enrollment process. This does not impact members who are already enrolled with an MCO or change who is eligible for MCO enrollment. Please find the answers to frequently asked questions here.
