Individuals who received Medicaid or CHIP coverage during the past calendar year (January to December 2016) will be mailed the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Form 1095-B by March 2, 2017. Due to the IRS extending the deadline for this tax form until March 2, 2017, individuals may not receive the form prior to filing their 2016 tax returns.
