Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Service Limit in Benefits Code Update!

Effective May 1, 2024, the Service Limit for HCPS Codes A4352, A4352 and A5363, will be increased to 200 catheters per month per code. No prior authorization is required. ​
