Attention! Durable Medical Equipment Fee Schedule Update!

5/16/2025

The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Fee Schedule has been updated and now includes three new current procedural terminology (CPT) codes E1032, E1033 and E1034 and the removal of CPT code L8010. All DME claims will be reprocessed back to April 1, 2025, date of service. To view the updated DME Fee Schedule, please click here.​​
