The West Virginia Department of Human Services (DoHS) Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) will hold an 1115 Waiver Demonstration Virtual Public Forum "Evolving West Virginia Medicaid's Behavioral Health Continuum of Care" on May 19, 2025 from 10:30am until 11:30am.
The forum will provide members of the public the opportunity to learn more about the State's efforts related to SUD and services provided through the 1115 Demonstration Waiver. The Sate will take oral comments during the forum session, as well as written comments leading up to and following the session. Written comments may be submitted in writhing through Friday, May 30, 2025 and emailed to keith.king@wv.gov. When emailing, please include "1115 SUD Waiver May Public Forum Comment" in the subject line.
