Modivcare Enters into Comprehensive Restructuring Agreement 

Medicaid and WVCHIP Members will see no change in their access to non-emergency medical transportation services. Claims submissions and reimbursements to members and providers will continue to be processed in the ordinary course; and Modivcare remains compliant with HIPAA and CMS/Medicaid requirements. The West Virginia Bureau for Medical Services contracts with Modivcare to provide non-emergency, non-ambulance transportation to eligible medical appointment for Medicaid members. 

Modivcare is always looking for high quality transportation providers. If you are interested in applying to be NEMT provider, please click here for more information. 

If you are a Health Care Provider you can schedule trips for patients, for more information please click here for the Modivcare's Provider brochure. Modivcare's customer service center is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday for scheduling routine appointments. Additionally, urgent requests and hospital discharges are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call 1-844-549-8353 to phone in transportation requests.
