Our Customer Service Unit is open during normal working hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Unit is closed on weekends, state and federal holidays, and may be closed when a state of emergency exists. Call volume is very high, so it is possible that our agents may not be able to take your call.
