Innovative Approaches for Recruiting, Retaining, and Fostering Resilience in Your WorkforceThis training will explore of key strategies regarding improving the hiring process, retention, and resilience of behavioral health organizations. During this webinar, we will discuss core concepts, engagement strategies, and examples of innovative and equitable approaches to addressing workforce recruitment and retention challenges. Specific techniques for leadership to develop an understanding and attunement to increasing the diversity of an organization’s workforce, attracting quality team members,
and decreasing compassion fatigue will also be provided.
