Free COVID-19 testing opportunities for all West Virginians are
provided by the Governor's Office, the West Virginia Department of Health and
Human Resources, the West Virginia National Guard, the Herbert Henderson Office
of Minority Affairs, local health departments, and many community
partners.
This testing is free and available to all residents. Proof of insurance
is not required but may be requested at some venues. Attendees should bring
identification, such as a driver’s license or proof of address, to help in
returning test results. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian. Testing will be conducted on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Find testing opportunities by
utilizing the map or the list below the map. One-time testing is shown with
a blue pin, recurring testing sites are shown with a red
pin, and pharmacy testing sites are shown with a yellow pin. The
map may be filtered by the type of testing site by clicking on the drop-down
menu.
The list below the map may be
filtered by county by using the drop-down search-by-county box and selecting
the desired county. The list is also searchable by key word to the right of the
list. If you cannot find testing in your county, please check neighboring
counties for sites convenient to your location.
