IPACT

Interstate Paternity Acknowledgment Certification and Transmission (IPACT) is a joint project between WV Vital Registration and the WV Bureau for Child Support Enforcement to facilitate paternity establishment by direct access to Vital Registration Indices including birth, death and marriage records.  If your state is interested in access, contact:  OSCAR Help Desk
